Events By Parris is a professional event planning organization that will plan, orchestrate, and execute every detail of your special event whether you are planning a small intimate gathering or a fabulous star studded gala. Very often the success or failure of an event comes down to the quality of the bartenders and the service staff. Events By Parris specializes in providing first class professional bartenders and servers that are specially trained in the art of hospitality. The staff provided by Events By Parris are all consummate professionals and are attired accordingly. Corporate functions, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, engagements, weddings, confirmations, holiday parties, boat cruises, and private parties will all benefit from our experienced and fully licensed bartenders and servers. No under aged guest will be served alcohol and consumption can be monitored in order to avoid potential problems. All bartenders adhere to strict industry standards ensuring the proper procedures of alcohol service.
As a guideline, we recommend one bartender for every 60 guests and one server for every 20 guests. Please allow one hour for set up and one hour for breakdown. From Monday to Thursday we require a four hour minimum. On Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays we require a five hour minimum. Our bartenders and servers will guarantee that your event runs smoothly.
